2. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Dealer Listings
- Registration: Dealers must create an account and provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
- Listings: Dealers may list vehicles for sale on the platform. Listings must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Dealers are responsible for ensuring that all listed vehicles comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Fees: Dealers may be required to pay listing fees as specified on the platform. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Private Seller Listings
- Registration: Private Sellers must create an account and provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
- Listings: Private Sellers may list vehicles for sale on the platform. Listings must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Private Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all listed vehicles comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monthly Payment: Private Sellers are required to pay a monthly fee for their listings. The fee amount will be specified on the platform and is subject to change. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. User Inquiries
- Making Inquiries: Users can make inquiries about listed vehicles through the platform. All inquiries must be genuine and made in good faith.
- Communication: By making an inquiry, you consent to receive communications from the Dealer or Private Seller regarding the vehicle.
6. Content and Conduct
User Content: Users may post content, including vehicle listings, reviews, and comments. By posting content, you grant Group7Cars a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and display the content.
Prohibited Conduct: Users must not:
- Post false, misleading, or deceptive content.
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
